    Jacket Rider currently ships only within the United States.
    We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    All orders are processed within 2–5(Mon-Fri) business days.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  3. Delivery Time
    Standard Delivery (USA): 7-12 (Mon-Fri) business days
    Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.

  4. Shipping Fees
    • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders
    No minimum purchase required.

  5. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
    Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

  6. Incorrect Address
    Jacket Rider is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
    If you entered the wrong address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  7. Delayed or Lost Packages
    If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact our support team for assistance.
    If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund based on investigation results.

  8. Delivery Issues
    • If your package shows “Delivered” but was not received, please check with neighbors, mailbox, or your local post office.
    • Jacket Rider is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery.

  9. Order Changes & Cancellations
    You may request order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.
    Once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
