Eligibility for Returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Returns are accepted for any reason, including change of mind, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Custom-made or personalized items

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

    • Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

  2. Approval & Instructions

    • Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and the appropriate return address.

  3. Ship the Item

    • Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.

    • Return addresses may vary depending on your location or product type.

Return Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If returning due to change of mind, or preference, the customer pays return shipping.

  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Specific Scenarios

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

  • Change of Mind / Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, they must follow the return process.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us immediately with photos within 7 days at info@jacketrider.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Wrong Product Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery; we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

  • Item Never Arrived: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check tracking first. If unresolved, contact our team for assistance at info@jacketrider.com.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparency—no restocking fees apply to any returns.
