30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. You can return your item if:
- It is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- You have a valid proof of purchase
Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
To begin the return process, please contact us first at info@jacketrider.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can ship your item to the following address:

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your order number inside the package and provide the tracking information once shipped.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email of your refund status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to reflect the amount.
Custom Duties and Restocking Fees
- Custom Duties: Each country has its own rules and charges. While we mark items as “Free Shipping” and may label them as gifts to reduce charges, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
- Restocking Fee: Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling. This fee varies depending on the item’s size and weight.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect the quality and hygiene of our products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Used or washed items
- Items returned without original tags/packaging
- Multiple purchases of similar products in different sizes (to prevent policy misuse)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? We accept exchanges only if:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The customer covers the shipping cost of sending the item back to us

Order Cancellation
