  1. Return Eligibility
    Jacket Rider accepts returns under the following conditions:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items that cannot be returned:
    • Used or damaged items
    • Items without original packaging
  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

    Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if needed.
    Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  2. Return Shipping Costs
    • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, wrong item), Jacket Rider will cover the return cost.

  3. Refunds
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  5. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
    After shipping, cancellations are not possible.

  6. Missing or Lost Packages
    If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier or your local post office first.
    Jacket Rider is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or theft after delivery.

  7. Exchange Policy
    Jacket Rider does not provide direct exchanges at this time.
    If you want to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
