20 Days Easy Return and Exchange Policy

At Jacketrider.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there are issues such as incorrect size, color, or design discrepancies from the product’s online image, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Submit photos of the product while wearing it, along with a clear picture of the collar tag, within 7 business days of receiving the item. Highlight the issue you are facing.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the issue is reported within the first 7 days of receiving the product and resolved within 20 days.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained for return or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges apply when:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes tags and packaging as shipped.
  • The issue is verified as a manufacturing or processing error by Jacketrider.com.
  • There are no alterations made by the customer.

Refunds or exchanges do NOT apply in the following cases:

  • Multiple items of the same design but different sizes are ordered (to prevent misuse).
  • The item has been customized or made-to-order.
  • Tags or labels are removed from the product.
  • The product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.
  • The return or exchange request exceeds the 20-day window.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  • Upon confirmation, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be issued, which must be included on the return package.
  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, and prior free shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Process

  • If a size exchange is required, we will provide the requested size at no additional cost for the product itself.
  • The customer will only be liable to pay for shipping based on the item’s weight and dimensions.

Custom Duties and Restocking Fees

  • Custom Duties: Each country imposes its own customs duties and regulations. We mark shipments as Free Shipping and often label them as gifts to minimize customs charges. However, buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns may incur a restocking fee to cover repackaging and handling costs. The fee amount varies based on the item’s size and weight.

Exclusions from Refunds or Credits

Refunds or credits will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Return requests beyond the 20-day period.
