Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Jacket Rider will cover the return cost
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos or videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order enters processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:
- Please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office first
- Certain delivery issues may require carrier investigation

Exchange Policy
