Cancellation Guidelines

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. Please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or call support for cancellation.

If you request to cancel after 24 hours but within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation email, a 35% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

Cancellations requested after 48 hours but before five days of order confirmation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Orders cannot be canceled after five days of order confirmation. We recommend considering our return policy for assistance with unwanted items.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation. However, you are eligible for our 30-Day Easy Return Policy.

Simply return the product within 30 days of delivery.
Once the return is processed, we will issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.
