We process orders within 2-5 business days, and delivery typically takes 07-12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, except we do not ship to PO Boxes.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any cancellation fee. To cancel, please email us your order number at info@jacketrider.com.
If you cancel after 24 hours but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 30% applies. Cancellation after shipment is not possible, but you can return the item according to our Return Policy.

You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your return is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days after inspecting the returned product.

Please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue at info@jacketrider.com. We will assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.

We accept prepaid payments via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed in USD.

Prices listed do not include import taxes or customs duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
