At our store, customer care is our top priority—we’re committed to delivering both quality and service at every step. To better serve you, we’ve introduced a clear and fair Order Cancellation Policy.

If you wish to cancel a recent order, you’ll need to verify your identity first through Email, Phone, or WhatsApp. Once you’ve confirmed your details, you’ll have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.

Here’s how the cancellation process works:

  • Within 24 hours: A 35% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • After 24 hours but before 48 hours: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.

Please note, cancellation after shipment is not allowed, as it involves a more complex process. However, we do offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days and get a refund according to our return guidelines.
